I built a simple web tool called the Project Management Solution Builder that turns a basic project intake into a PM-ready Solution Pack in seconds.

The goal is to help teams start with a clear structure right away—so they have an initial plan, timeline, ownership view, risks, and next steps they can refine as the project evolves. It’s designed to make project kickoff faster, more organized, and easier to align across stakeholders.
